This app is a great tool to use for guidance in handling stress through the use of daily cold showers. Cold showers teach you to become disciplined by doing something you don't necessarily want to do. Regardless of the many physical benefits cold showers offer, I do them every day to continue to forge the mindset I want to have.

Utilizing a sauna if your gym has one can be very beneficial for both your body and your mind.
