Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

By signing up for coaching services with MortatiMindset, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

The Coach agrees to provide:

  • Customized training and nutrition programs

  • Weekly check-ins and adjustments

  • Messaging support (response within 48 hours)

  • Access to coaching platform/app (if applicable)

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure results, the Client agrees to:

  • Follow the prescribed program to the best of their ability

  • Communicate honestly and regularly with the Coach

  • Check in on the agreed-upon schedule

  • Disclose any medical conditions or injuries before starting

4. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due upfront unless otherwise agreed upon

  • Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated

  • Missed payments may result in service termination

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of coaching services, refunds will not be issued. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of the Coach in extreme cases.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Any 1:1 calls must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

  • Repeated cancellations may result in forfeited sessions

7. Health Disclaimer

Client acknowledges that fitness coaching is not a substitute for medical advice. The Client affirms they have consulted a physician or are in suitable physical condition to begin a fitness program.

8. Liability Waiver

The Client releases Brandon Mortati/MortatiMindset from all claims, demands, and causes of action due to injury, loss, or damage from participation in any coaching program.

9. Confidentiality

All Client information is kept private and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All resources, workouts, and plans remain the property of MortatiMindset. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

11. Termination

The Coach reserves the right to terminate coaching if the Client violates these terms or behaves in a disrespectful or non-compliant manner.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York, United States.

By proceeding with payment or program access, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
