Awakening

The first phase is brutal honesty. You identify the loops, compulsions, narratives, and behaviors that have been controlling you from the shadows. You stop calling the pattern random and start naming it precisely.

Purification

Here the interference is removed: addiction, overstimulation, self-poisoning, and the habits that keep your nervous system and attention enslaved. The body must be brought back under order before discipline can stabilize.

Deconstruction

This phase dismantles the false self — inherited beliefs, ego defenses, emotional armor, and identities built around fear, shame, compensation, and image management. What is false has to be stripped, not managed.

Reconstruction

Once the distortion is broken, a new identity is forged through standards, discipline, aligned action, and behavioral proof. This is where self-respect stops being an idea and starts becoming visible.

Embodiment

The final phase is integration. Awareness, body, and spirit align. The man stops performing and starts living from what is real, stable, and clean.

Carl Jung understood alchemy as an inner symbolic process. This protocol follows that logic: what is unconscious must become conscious, what is fragmented must be integrated, and what is compulsive must be brought under awareness and discipline.

Somatic Integration
